Experience is not required for the entry
level positions in airlines industry. Excellent communication skills and
interpersonal skills are a pre- requisite for entry level employees in this
industry. A candidate needs to have a strict physical appearance, and lift
heavy objects for entry level positions such as Pilot, or Mechanic require
special licenses and/or specific previous work experience.
